Hotel Bosone Palace - Gubbio (PG)
The Hotel Bosone has been made inside the ancient Raffaelli palace, at one time residence of the patrician family Bosone of Gubbio, to whom Petrarca dedicated a sonnet. Also Dante Alighieri has visited this palace that is situated in the centre of the old town of Gubbio, a few meters from Piazza della Signoria.
Today it's a little charming hotel, that is remembered for the frescos and the distinctive furnishing style. The property features Renaissance rooms and suites enriched with very beautiful frescos on the vaulted ceiling.
The catering service is entrusted to the nearby Taverna Del Lupo and to the Bosone Garden owned by the Mencarelli family.
